Got questions?

How fast can I get started?
As soon as you've paid, your wedding hub is live on your chosen subdomain in under a minute. You'll get an email with your admin login — set your password, add your details, and you're rolling.
How do guests RSVP?
Each "party" (typically a household or couple) has one designated leader. You add the leader's email when you set up the party, then click "Send invites". They get an email with their own 4-digit PIN and a link to your hub. They log in once, RSVP for everyone in their party, and they're remembered for next time.
What if my guests have plus ones or kids?
All sorted. You can mark individual guests as "adult", "child" or "infant", and tick which ones are allowed to bring a plus one. Kids see the kids menu (if you have one). Infants don't need a meal. Plus-ones get added by the leader at RSVP time.
Can I send the menu choices to my caterer?
Yes — there's a one-click export tab in your admin that generates a beautiful PDF report (with kitchen sheet, severe allergy alerts, and per-guest summary) plus a CSV for spreadsheets. Email it straight to your venue.
What if someone forgets their PIN?
There's a "Forgot PIN" link on the login page. Guests enter their email and a new PIN is sent automatically — same as resetting any password. No support tickets, no chasing.
Is there really no monthly fee?
Nope. £49.99 once. Your hub is hosted from when you sign up until 6 months after your wedding day, so guests can revisit during the build-up and you can collect post-wedding messages and gift contributions for a while afterwards.
Can I use my own domain instead?
Not yet — your hub lives at yourname.ourbigwedding.day. Custom domain support is something I'm considering for the future. For now, the free subdomain works beautifully and is much shorter than typical wedding URLs.
What happens after the wedding?
Your hub stays live for 6 months after the wedding date. Guests can leave messages, you can collect any remaining gift contributions, and you can download all your data as CSV or PDF whenever you want. After that, the hub is archived but you can request an export anytime.
